Your very life depends on your health, so fitness has been an adult priority of mine, not just to stay well but also being able to be “extra” for myself and family while sharing that enthusiasm with others.

MY SERVICES

We all have different ideas of what we want to be or look like when we reach our fitness goals, whether it is to lose weight, compete in a sport, or get a lean strong looking body.  Whatever our ideal may be, enjoy the journey, trust the process, and learn from those with results, not just paper credentials or marketing influence.

Friends are great for motivation, accountability, and having fun!  Grab your favorite workout partner and whether it’s losing weight or gaining strength, my programming will improve your fitness and have you feeling great. You’ll see an increase in both physical and mental performance and overall well being.

BUDDY TRAINING

Share your training sessions with a workout buddy and discount the cost substantially.

3  - 30 min sessions per week. Custom programming, instruction, and accountability for fat loss, muscle and strength gains, athletic performance, and overall health and aesthetics.

PERSONAL TRAINING (10 PACK - 30 MIN)

*10 pack must be used within 6 weeks of purchase.

Personalized workouts, instruction, and accountability for fat loss, muscle and strength gains, athletic performance, and overall health and aesthetics. Weekly weigh-ins.

MONTHLY (3X WEEK PT)

Programming plus 3 - 30 min instruction sessions per week, accountability for fat loss, muscle and strength gains, athletic performance, and overall health and aesthetics.

3 MONTH TRAINING BLOCK (RECOMMENDED)

This is the optimum time length to make significant changes when combined with proper nutrition.  The training block would focus on a specific area, Ex: Olympic lifting, powerlifting (strength), metabolic conditioning, muscle building, etc.  Ideally alternating block focus during annual quarters.

*Includes 3x week 30 min instructor led sessions at Studio Storm + additional non-supervised prescribed work + weekly weigh-ins + nutrition information.

KIDS TRAINING (8-16)

30 min session

Give your kids a head start by instilling the principles of health and fitness at a young age.  Improve athleticism by building correct movement patterns and a solid strength foundation in a fun, exciting atmosphere.
